Rest in Peace: Carolyn Baldwin

We have been informed of the passing of our longtime parishioner, Carolyn Baldwin, on Saturday, June 20.

Carolyn moved to Texas last year to be closer to family. She had been courageously living with renal disease and congestive heart failure.

Carolyn led an adventurous and remarkable life. She worked as an airline stewardess and later fulfilled a dream by earning her pilot’s license. Throughout the years, she shared her love for St. Benedict Episcopal Church with many and remained engaged in the life and news of our congregation even after her move to Texas.

We are grateful to the clergy of St. Gregory's for the pastoral care they provided during Carolyn’s final days.

Please keep Carolyn’s family and loved ones in your prayers as they mourn her death and give thanks for her life. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.

Almighty God, our Father in heaven, before whom live all who die in the Lord: Receive our brother Paul Richard into the courts of your heavenly dwelling place. Let his heart and soul now ring out in joy to you, O Lord, the living God, and the God of those who live. This we ask through Christ our Lord. Amen.
